Dark2Dawn 2016 - Bicycling Through History

Join an all-night bike ride exploring Minneapolis and St. Paul’s African-American historical geography, including a stop at Historic Fort Snelling to learn about the history of Dred and Harriet Scott. The ride will will cover less than 50 miles at an easy pace (10-12 mph) with breaks for refreshments, pit stops and discussion. The ride is supported by members of Major Taylor Bicycling Club of Minnesota, Twin Cities Bicycle Club, Cycles for Change, the Cultural Wellness Center and the Minnesota Historical Society.
